World Clash 2006, organised by Irish and Chin, will again be held in Brooklyn, at the Elite Ark, on Saturday 7 October 2006.
The 2006 slogan "no title, no entry" is clear. No new faces, still less American sounds: only holders of an Irish and Chin title in 2005-2006 will battle it out in Brooklyn.
The title will therefore be contested between the Germans of Sentinel (winner of the 2005 edition), Bass Odyssey (winner of the UK Cup Clash 2005), Ricky Trooper (winner of the Jamaican clash Death before dishonor 2005), Black Reaction (winner of World Clash Canada 2005) and Black Kat, who gets an exception as the holder of the most trophies.
