When you have VLC installed, proceed to download the next link below which is a M3U file and open it with VLC, once you have mooved the file out your downloads section and into a desired location by highlighting the file and selecting 'FILE' - 'OPEN WITH'

All in all this will take a maximum of 5minutes...

The VLC player can be used to run any LIVESTREAM link that you have problems doing so with Itunes or Quicktime. Of course the obvious choice is to run it with Windows Media Player on your MAC but if your one of the people that couldnt manage that as i was, then this is the way forward.
