Yes people, i was in the dance last night, here is a small report.

The venue was not packed but had a good amount of people. A lot of them left early so the last round and dub fi dub saw a half-empty venue.

First Round: GS wins the coin flip and decides to go 2nd. CL starts off but doesnt get any real forward for the first round, they played a bag a big tunes but nothing that really connected with the people. Whole different picture when GS comes for the first rounds. Big forwards all along the round. First round is a real murderation.

Second Round: Better round than the first one, some nice forward with new tunes and some soca tunes at the end, but still CL cyant seem to be able to connect with the people properly. Nice round for GS again, they take the 2nd round but its a bit closer than the first round.

Third Round: CL wakes up. Maaaad round! Startin with some hip hop dubs like MOP, wicked round. They make a speech about GS nah play no kartel. Jacob comes up and makes a fuckin lose speech about how him a rasta and him nah rate kartel cah kartel nah believe inna god rae rae. Some booes, then GS flops that round. CL takes the round, looks like the clash could turn over.

Fourth Round: CL comes and makes a wicked speech on who is jacob to say if kartel believe inna god or not, but then CL flops the round. This is for me the turnin point in the clash, with a wicked round, they could have easily turned over the clash. GS plays a better round than CL but nothing crazy either. A lot of people have left, clash is gettin a bit boring. GS takes this round.

DFD: A lot of big tunes on both sides. Some serious loose talk from GS but bigger forwards on the chunes. GS takes the clash.

Personally, i voted for CL at the end cause jaboc killed himself 3 or 4 times in the clash by saying a lot of bullshit. But GS connected way better with the people, no doubt on that so id say they deserve it still. Crowed wasnt bias but GS did have some fans with horns. It did play a small role at the end when a lot of people had left.

I'll drop the audio as soon as i get it, if magic b doesnt beat me to it lol.

Bless up

even if him nah big like Jay-Z, him got one classic LP inna him carreer "Body of the life force" and an anthem. it is more than some rae rae artists like Ja rule could pretend to...

Could have been even bigger if di album would have been released 2 years earlier like it was supposed to...before the end of the NYC sound imho...

anywayy ...

quality ova quantity
creativity ova carbon copy
gal ova guns :cheesy:

et bien sûr nuff nuff big up jacob balo doubleB et toute l'équipe. U killed 2010 from start bombocllaaaaaatttt.... :rocket:

:boire:
