How can we call it "Time2Shine" and set up Rules?! How can YOU Judge all the Sounds (those that will Clash in Germny,Italy Uk..the Ones in Japan ,U.S & Canada) if you Dont find a norm to compare the Skillz?? How can you really believe that the Sounds wount be able "to show the way they cut Tunes"?? Exactly cuz of the Rules the Sounds will have to show how creative and inovative they can be. yo smoka no disrespect i rate your event, here just my point of view about these rules.
first the 10 min isn't good to me but 6 sounds will be there so no choice for longer rounds it's ok.

then the new tune round, after 50 min of new tunes the last sound won't have anything good to play, and 1h of straight new tune will bother the crowd.

same thing about vocal and dj round, vocal make the people fall a sleep

about the live on stage actualy i think it's a good idea...

with so much rules many tunes won't be able to be played, look if you have a riddim to buss with new and old tunes, dj and vocal on it (and i guess ALL sounds in this line up have that) they will have to choose. u can not show your real creativty on this kind of clash. to me the rules don't bring anything (except the artists on stage) they just put the thing harder to handle, especialy when u have only 10 min to play and u must show you're tuff quickly.

smoka, you talk about establishing many specific rules in order to compare sounds that will clash in Germany, in Canada, in US.... but, IMO, there's no need to compare the losers of all these first steps... and the winners will fight each other in the next steps... so the comparison will happen naturally even without these kind of rules...
no disrespect, i'm not a hater, i just give my opinion, IMO, these kind of rules can't make a clash better...
however, big up and bag ah respect to all the promoters team to set such a big event... long time ppl think about it but you did it !!!

Dont get me wrong People, I respect everyone that comes with a productive critic and I apriciate the fact you guys seem very interested in this event. Still I think we should simply wait for this Event and look how the Sounds will handle it, im Sure they will do better than the most believe

il sera au depart de paris en debut d'aprem,le forfait voyage + entrée sera de 70€,les resas seront dispos a partir de la semaine prochaine sur le site de hud-&-son.com ainsi que chez dubwise & patates!
