Sad news: the CAES has just closed its doors!!! Yet another stone has been torn from the musical edifice today... Where will this crackdown on sound end? Nobody really knows, and like a good many questions, this one remains unanswered.
For now, the French Sound System Championships are directly affected, since the third 1/8 final (POOL C) was due to take place there next Friday (following the closure last week of the Nantes venue that was originally to host the event!). The organisers have not yet found a fallback solution but we will keep you informed day by day of how the problem develops.
Let us remind you that Pool C is made up of the sounds Furybass, Shadow Killer, No Frontier and Wake up sound.
