Mad Cobra still going strong
on Friday, October 31st 2008 - 7 997 views
The star deejay of the 90s has not yet put the mic away. Mad Cobra has just put the finishing touches to a new album, "Helter Skelta", written in the wake of "Sniper Way", released in 2006. It features collaborations with Spice, Demarco and the young Big Beast and Sandy Starr.
And that's not all. Another album is expected in March 2009, one that will contrast sharply with the previous ones. "The Other Side of the Coin" will be made up solely of love songs, and will "reflect his softest side", he told the Jamaica Observer. Quite a turnaround for the man who built his fame on slackness and gun songs.
