2009 will start strongly for Greensleeves, with several releases including new albums from Sizzla, Anthony B and Ziggi Recado. Announced for October (and already reviewed in our pages) but finally pushed back, the second album by the Dutchman Ziggi Recado, "In Transit", will be in the shops on 12 January 2009. The same goes for Anthony B's "Rise Up", produced by Maximum Sound, Frenchie's label, and postponed to avoid clashing with the release of "Life over death" on Mediacom in November. We will finally discover it in March.

Finally, a new Sizzla album is poking its nose out on the English label. We don't know much about it yet, not even its title, but we know it will come out in March and that the production is by the Fire House Crew. Lastly, two one-riddim albums by Shane Brown (Juke Boxx), the Nylon riddim and the Silent river riddim, are planned for the end of January. The compilations "Songs for Reggae Lovers" (February) and "Ragga Ragga Ragga" (March) will follow.
