Next Saturday the Southern Dub Academy opens. On Saturday 8 August, for its first edition, it will welcome Lion Roots sound system (Cannes), Kings Hifi (UK), Ackboo feat Zion UK (Toulouse) , Dub Invasion (Montpellier) , Roots Arna (Montpellier), and Guidance Hifi (Nice), who will take turns all night for a roots session in the hinterland of Nîmes.
A foretaste, of sorts, since we already know that the next Southern Dub Academy, to be held next summer, will, we are promised, host legendary sound systems.
