Dub will be in the spotlight at the new Rhythm & Soul night on 30 June at La Bellevilloise (Paris).
After Afrika Bambaataa, Anthony Red Rose and Bitty McLean, it is the UK dub pioneer Mad Professor who will take the stage, to mark the release of his new album « The Roots of Dubstep ».
On his Ariwa label, Mad Professor has worked with the greatest: Jah Shaka, Lee Perry, Horace Andy and Macka B. He will be joined by his disciple Joe Ariwa and the dub poet Redhead. And, of course, Soul Stereo will sharpen their selections of reggae, ska, rocksteady and dub.
