Already available digitally since the end of June, Ras Zacharri's new album, "New Horizon", has found a French distributor: entrusted to Mosaic Music, it should find its way into record shops in the autumn.
Due out on 12 September 2011, "New Horizon" features guest spots from Earl 16 (Righteous Ones), Tiwony (Pagan Eyes) and Mark Tenn (The System). Recorded with the Jamaican group Uprising Roots Band, "New Horizon" is his second album, after "Herbs Man" released in 2009.
Ras Zacharri performs in France with the musicians of My Name is Band. On 25 June he was on the bill at the Reggae Sun Seine festival. He will play the Festival Rock en Stock in Le Touquet on 30 July, and the Sommand Festival in Haute-Savoie on 6 August.
