“Is Paris Burning?” clash: Blues Party vs Stereo Earthquake

We Want Clash! The poor relation of the dancehall scene, the clash is making a comeback in the capital with two historic sound systems: Blues Party and Stereo Earthquake.

“Is Paris Burning?” clash: Blues Party vs Stereo Earthquake

The two sounds will face off in a “100% French-language dubplates clash”, aptly titled “Is Paris Burning?”, made up of five rounds and a final dub fi dub.
The musical battlefield will be the junk boat La Dame de Canton, in the 13th arrondissement, on Thursday 30 April 2015, from 11:30pm to 5am. The warm-up will be handled by Izaboo Sound.

The next edition has already been announced, with African Heritage vs Easy Style vs Legal Shot vs Ride Di Vibes, on Saturday 30 May.

    le principe du sound pour moi c'est quand même d'être enraciné dans un coin et de bouger, donc c'est la moindre des choses qu'un sound fr joue du fr, le reggae ce n'est pas une marchandise destructive. Même avec des dubs en anglais un sound sera tjrs un sound et sera tjrs pas considéré plus que ça. Donc vive les sounds qui promote le franophone! je me souviens avoir écouté le french connection soundclash mcz sound je trouvait ça top! je serais polonais je jouerai du polainais, wolof du wolof etc.
