Peter Tosh's legendary M16-shaped Fender Stratocaster was ultimately not put up for auction on eBay. A complaint has been filed disputing ownership of the famous instrument of the most outspoken of the Wailers.
Behind the initiative, the Flashpoint Film Festival was acting on behalf of Andrea Brown, Peter Tosh's widow.
The proceeds of the sale, which was supposed to run from 26 November to 3 December, were to be distributed to various charities.
