Created in 2002 by Britons, this music site lets users share their musical tastes, creating a gigantic nebula of artists connected to one another according to users' opinions. Type in "Junior Byles" and the site points you to Cornell Campbell or Johnny Clarke. Lastfm thus brings together more than 7 million artists and 65 million tracks. Purists will be hard to catch out, but the curious may stumble on some pleasant surprises as they wander about.
