We recently announced the first names making up the line-up of the next edition of the unmissable German festival (See news of 23 January 2008). More prestigious artists are swelling the ranks, as this 23rd Summerjam will also welcome Lady Saw and Ky-Mani Marley, who makes his big comeback there, as well as Tarrus Riley and Queen Ifrica, whose careers are still booming right now.
Regulars at the event, the local artists Patrice and Culcha Candela will also be there this year. Note finally that, as every year, a few acts that are slightly less strictly reggae or dancehall will perform: the group Black Seeds, a genuine crossover bomb from New Zealand, and the famous American rapper with jazz and soul tinges, Common.
