A good businessman, Vybz Kartel is continuing his run in merchandise. After his now famous Vybz Rum (a victim of its own success, as it is out of stock almost everywhere), the Portmore deejay has decided to launch his own brand of condoms, in order to keep raising awareness among the Jamaican population of the importance of having protected sex.
Still in partnership with Corey Todd, already behind the Vybz Rum, Kartel announces that his condoms will be available from July or August at the latest. And as this new Vybz Kartel-branded product does not have a name yet, a competition is being run to find one.
For two weeks, interested parties can send their suggestions directly to namethecondom@gmail.com and can thus win a weekend for two at Hedonism III, the sumptuous resort in Runaway Bay, or the three bottles of Vybz Rum given to each finalist.
Vybz Kartel is also looking for a young woman to represent his brand and, again, interested women can send their photos to namethecondom@gmail.com.
