A fine roots line-up is shaping up at La Bellevilloise in Paris on 1 November 2008: carte blanche will be given to the Soul Stereo sound system, who will welcome figures of Jamaican roots music for a Bam Bam Club night paying tribute to Alton Ellis, the godfather of rocksteady, who died on 11 October 2008. On the bill, U-Brown, Joseph Cotton and Alpheus, along with surprise guests, will follow one another for a vintage night.
Bam Bam Club - Saturday 1 November at La Belleviloise.
