The dub band High Tone, who need no introduction, are releasing a dub box that will delight collectors. Available since early December exclusively online, the box set contains, on four 10" vinyl records, remixes of 8 High Tone tracks by European bands.
High Tone's tracks thus pass through the hands of the English Iration Steppas, the Scottish Mungo's HiFi and the Swiss OBF, but also Brain Damage (St Etienne), Dub Addict (Lyon), I-Tist & Dub Machinist (Bordeaux), Dub Browsers (Bordeaux) and Led Piperz (Lyon ). With a limited run of 1,000 copies, it's safe to say the object is likely to become a collector's item quickly.
