It's the revenge of the veterans: Burning Spear won the Grammy Award for best reggae album for "Jah is real" (unreleased in France) at the 51st edition of the ceremony held in Los Angeles last weekend.

With nine nominations since his debut, this is the second Grammy won by Winston Rodney, after being honoured in 1999 for the album "Calling Rastafari". This year he was up against Elephant Man ("Let’s Get Physical"), Heavy D ("Vibes"), Lee "Scratch" Perry ("Repentance"), Shaggy ("Intoxication") and Sly & Robbie ("Amazing").
