A veritable sound system marathon will take place on Saturday 19 September in the Côtes-d'Armor.
The small town of Planguenoual, near Saint-Brieuc, will host a fine line-up under a marquee: headliner King Jammy's will make the trip with a few veteran artists from his stable such as Admiral Bailey, Lecturer and Eccleton Jarrett, and will be joined by Londoner Peckings, famed producer and record collector, and English deejay Gappy Ranks.
On the French side, the sounds Guiding Star, Shatta Sound (from the region) and Acolytes Reggae Sono will be there. Singer Robert Lee and other French artists are also expected.
