Luciano was refused entry to US territory last week, probably as a result of the legal proceedings he faces in Jamaica.
The singer is due to appear in court on 20 October, following a very sad affair dating back to 25 March 2009: that day, police officers came under fire for two hours from one of Luciano's houses near Half Way Tree. Inside was Andrew Senior, a fugitive wanted for around ten murders, who would eventually be shot dead, not before wounding three police officers.
Arrested, Luciano was charged with knowingly harbouring this fugitive, which he fiercely denies
