A reggae song for newborns

We have known since Bob Marley that modern medicine and Rastafari sometimes do not mix well. A little story from England proves otherwise.

Jamaican reggae singer Darien Prophecy has just put a single on sale (available as a legal download), titled Magnificent Brain, in aid of the premature baby unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.

The reason? His own son was saved by this team in 2008. The track, very mainstream, pays a heartfelt tribute to Dr Jeffrey Brain and the nurses. In the song he says: "you opened my eyes".

Reggaefrance had discovered this artist in 2005 and had played his first single Natural vibes.
