The traditional clash, the high point of the Sting festival held every year-end in Portmore, should pit Bounty Killer against Vybz Kartel.
Although the names of the two artists were not spoken by organiser Isaiah Laing at the launch press conference, plenty of clues suggest that the leaders of the Alliance and the Portmore Empire will settle their scores on stage.
They will not be alone, either, as three other clashes could take place: Mr G (ex-Goofy) against L.A. Lewis, Kiprich against General B (the rematch!) and a more hypothetical showdown between Elephant Man and Flippa Mafia.
