Rumours had been circulating for a while, but now it is certain: Raggasonic is reforming. More than ten years after the group split, Big Red and Daddy Mory are to get back together... on stage, at least.

Last year, every newsroom was buzzing with talk of their imminent return, without anything to confirm it. We just had to be a little more patient. The Garorock Festival was finally the first to fire off the news, announcing Raggasonic for Friday 2 April 2010.
What about an album? Will Frenchie be part of the adventure again? For now, no official confirmation has come through. But we can still look forward to seeing Raggasonic on stage again.
Garorock is also announcing a fine, eclectic line-up, with, in no particular order and starting with the reggae artists:
Raggasonic, Rootz Underground, The Jooby's Danakil, Alpha Blondy, Alborosie, but also Le Peuple de l'herbe, Nneka, Wax Tailor, Java, The Heavy, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, Sepultura, De la Soul, Alice Russel, Mos Def, Zenzile, Antipop Consortium, Disiz La Peste...
All the scheduled artists are on the official site: www.garorock.com.
