Youssou Ndour's new album, "Dakar Kingston", hits the shops today. To be clear: it was recorded in spring 2009 at the Tuff Gong studios in Jamaica. And the Senegalese singer surrounded himself well: Tyrone Downie on production, Dean Fraser on saxophone, Earl Chinna Smith on guitar, but also Mutabaruka as a guest alongside Patrice, Ayo and Morgan Heritage… All of them cover his greatest hits.
Youssou N'dour will be playing in France in the coming days:

25/03/2010 : L'Aéronel - Lille (59)
