A big domain name auction will be held in New York next Wednesday. Around a hundred domains will go under the hammer, including reggae.com, owned since 1995 by Ras John.
The starting price has been set at 100,000 dollars, based on an estimate of the name's commercial potential. The sum may seem high, but it is still far from the price of some sought-after domains that could sell for several million dollars.
