Buju Banton will finally be able to take the stage before his new trial in February. A request first rejected by the judge (news of 26/11/2010) but granted on appeal, reports the Associated Press.
Judge James Moody said on Wednesday that Buju Banton was allowed to give a concert provided he complied with the security measures demanded by the court. It will be his first show in over a year. The concert is scheduled for 16 January in Miami.
