Vybz Kartel, a concert by satellite

Never short of ideas when it comes to getting people talking about him, Vybz Kartel is about to inaugurate the first dancehall concert relayed by satellite. The technical means are being set up not for TV viewers, as is usually the case, but for the concert audience, who will see him on stage via a screen!

Billed on the second day of the Best of Best Concert in Miami (28 and 29 May 2011), Vybz Kartel will not set foot in Florida and will give a remote performance, "live from Jamaica", according to the event's flyer. Handy for avoiding visa hassles…
