His US visa back in his pocket, Mavado has wasted no time putting it to use. The Gully God is reportedly working on a joint album with Canadian rapper Drake, a self-proclaimed Mavado fan. The project would be similar in intent to "Distant Relatives", the joint album by Nas & Damian Marley that fused hip-hop and reggae.
Signed to We Da Best, DJ Khaled's label, Mavado could even multiply collaborations with the rappers of Lil Wayne's crew, Young Money, of which Drake is a member.
