Now led by Albert Griffiths' children, the Gladiators are back in France for a tour. The Gladiators' historic leader handed over the reins a few years ago and it is his son Al who takes up the torch on vocals, while his other offspring, Anthony, sits behind the drums.
The rest of the line-up (Clinton Fearon excepted) has not changed: Gallimore Sutherland, Clinton Ruffus, Ruddlowe Robinson and Vernon Sutherland will all be there from the start of November for a tour of France that stops at the Cabaret Sauvage in Paris on 30 November.
