Dour Festival is among the biggest in Europe. This year, the 24th edition will take place on 12, 13, 14 and 15 July and we are starting to get a glimpse of the festival's gigantic line-up. It is a habit: last year, more than 220 artists performed on the festival's stages. As usual, a large part of the bill is devoted to reggae.
Announced this year: Third World, Midnite, Tiken Jah Fakoly, back after his last appearance in 2006, Dub Syndicate, Cornell Campbell and The Soothsayers (with whom he recorded I'll never leave for the Red Earth label), Reality Shock Soundsystem (feat. Kris Kemist, Aqua Levi, Erroll Bellott, Solo Banton & Dixie Peach), The Twinkle Brothers (feat. Della Grant), Zion Gate Hi Fi (feat. Ras Abubakar, Miniman, Ras McBean, Anthony John & MC Prince), Andrew Tosh,
Rod Taylor + Positive Roots Band, Kanka, La Ruda, Owiny Sigoma Band...
But also Assassin (the French rap group), Puppetmastaz, Orelsan, Speech Debelle, Selah Sue, Roots Manuva...
