In the heart of summer, on 2 August, the Nuit du Reggae will take place. Not in Grenoble, where an event of the same name was held twelve times before being cancelled last year, but at the Théâtre de Verdure in Le Lavandou, in the Var.
With Danakil, but also Mighty Diamonds and Pablo Moses. With Linval Thompson finally cancelled, Winston "Cimarons" Reedy and Dennis Alcapone will replace him. The Jamaican artists will be backed by the Handcart Band. Opening the night will be the Flowya Reggae Band, a new discovery.

Elsewhere, the members of Danakil will cross paths with the Original Wailers during their tour. The clash of generations, with Papa Style & Baldas also on the bill, will take place on Friday 24 August, in Seignosse (40). More info in the listings.
