Co-written by cultural anthropologist Jakes Homiak and Boris Lutanie, already the author of "Introduction au Mouvement Rastafari" (1999) and "Jah Rastafari - Abécédaire du mouvement Rasta" (2002), the book "Rastafari - De la Révélation à la révolution" will be published on 15 December by Joffrain-Garin.
Keen to "move beyond the clichés" that often surround rasta culture, Jakes Homiak and Boris Lutanie look at "the period in which the Rasta movement was taking shape and the improbable fate of a black bible: 'The Holy Piby'".
The book can be ordered on the RastAfrica website.
