The Back To Africa festival will hold its second edition from 25 to 27 January 2013, in The Gambia.
Led by Ariwa, the studio and label of Mad Professor, the event gives pride of place to artists close to the famous producer.
The bill naturally features Mad Professor, but also General Levy, Joe Ariwa, Dennis Bovell, Winston McAnuff, Earl 16, Deadly Hunta, Nick Manasseh, Cecil Reuben, Mc Trooper, Brother Culture, Sugar Dread, Red Hed, Double Standard, Dego Ranks, PanAfricanist, and many more...
At Batukunku, on the coast, the "Ariwa retreat" hosting all these artists will have a sound system of no less than 30,000 watts!
All the information on the line-up, transport, accommodation and excursions on offer is on the festival's website: www.backtoafricafestival.com.
