For years now the London label Soul Jazz Records has stood out for its work. A guarantee of quality for reggae fans, and especially for Studio One productions, whose catalogue is regularly reissued on compilations.
But Soul Jazz Records is not only Jamaican music, and its broad scope also embraces jazz, soul, funk, hip hop, world… and even new wave and electronic music.
With its many records and a profusion of gems, Soul Jazz Records is also a sound system, with label boss Stuart Baker, Scott Bethell and the MC Oxman. They will play La Bellevilloise (Paris) on Friday 22 March for the 100% Dynamite night, named after the famous compilations.
Soon on Reggaefrance, a competition will let you win tickets.
