Once again this year, the Voix du Gaou festival, on the island of Grand Gaou, will stage a Reggae Night among its seven nights of concerts.
After Alborosie, Lee Perry and Macka B last year, the event will set the bar high again this year with the combined arrival of Alpha Blondy, Raggasonic and Raspigaous.
Two representatives of the French reggae scene, from Paris and Marseille, each back on record after a long absence, and the superstar of African reggae thus top the bill on Saturday 20 July.
From Tuesday 16 to Friday 26 July, the festival will welcome artists such as IAM, Santana, Goran Bregovic, Saez and Artic Monkeys.
