Something new in the corsair city: Saint-Malo will host its first Dub Club on Saturday 13 July 2013.
For this first edition, La Nouvelle Vague will welcome the British duo Maasai Warrior, somewhere between roots & culture and dub stepper. Hailing from Bristol, Paul Maasai and Young Maasai will be performing in France for the second time.
Also on the programme, the bewitching Mo'Kalamity. For once, she will not be accompanied by her band The Wizards but by the Parisians Roots Meditation (Ras Klem and Ras NattyFred).
All will perform on the I-Skankers sound system (upgraded for the occasion), who will play their new productions coming up on their label, including two 7" just released: S'Kaya & I-Mitri (I Love Jah) and Yehoud I & Munky Lee (Jah Army).
The warm-up will be handled by the Rouen-based Steppin Forward.
