It has already been nine (!) years since the album "Ghetto Story", carried by its huge title single, came out. Baby Cham’s third album has been a long time coming, but should finally be unveiled in the coming weeks.
Its title, "Lawless", will surprise none of the hardcore deejay’s fans, since it has been his catchphrase ever since the release of the song of the same name, produced by Dave Kelly (Madhouse Records) in 2012. Cham is indeed reunited with his favourite producer for this new album, whose first single, I’m Too Hot, we have already heard. This is no accident: since the late 90s and a session on the Stink riddim (The Mass), the two have been inseparable.
Recorded mainly in Miami, the new album Lawless will have 11 tracks, almost all of them still to be discovered, since we only know the recently released single Too Hot, as well as the track Fighter, a duet with Damian Marley, released in 2013. Besides the Marley son, we will also find Bounty Killer and Mykal Rose on a “3 The Hard Way”, as well as his wife, Miss O.
