World a music Riddim

After producing Anthony B's "Power of Creation", Frenchie is back with Sinbad for the World a music riddim. It is the Jamrock riddim replayed by the Fire House Crew.

On a heavy bassline, nu-roots drumming and a fast counter-rhythm, we find Luciano with A Nuh Like We Nuh Like Dem, on which the Messenjah experiments with new singing styles. His flow alternates fast passages worthy of certain deejays with more traditional ones that showcase his warm voice. Very convincing, Luciano undeniably delivers the best cut of the series.
Considered the king of dancehall, Bounty Killer has recently been voicing reggae riddims. The conscious Poor People, a tribute to the people, with a controlled flow, shows the deejay increasingly at ease on this kind of riddim.

Bless Me by Tony Curtis stays true to the favourite style of this singer with the soft, gripping voice. Classic but well made. Daville opens My Grade by borrowing the vocal gimmick of a certain Michael Rose. An ode to herb, underlined by effective singing. After voicing the I believe riddim and the Fowl Fight riddim, M'Lonie is establishing herself on the current series. The singer benefits from a different mix, with an extra keyboard accompanying the bass on Wanna Get High, whose energetic singing charms from the first seconds. An artist to follow.
Not to be confused with the French-speaking artist Baby G, King Jammy's son lays down a lyric about the ghetto youth in In The Streets. From low to high, the young singjay varies his vocal registers well, delivering a solid track.
If the series is a little short, it nonetheless offers a fine variety of artists.
