Bucket Bottom riddim (2011)

The Le Mans-based label Irie Ites pays tribute to the Jamaican label Freedom Sounds and its founder, producer Bertram Brown (who died in 2008). Its latest release is indeed a recut of the Bucket Bottom riddim, popularised by Prince Alla and his haunting song of the same name.

A riddim replayed for the occasion by Mafia & Fluxy, Bongo Herman and Earl "Chinna" Smith (already present on the original), and on which Prince Alla (who revisits his song) and Trinity are invited, the latter's Bad Boy Music due to appear on his next album (scheduled for early 2012 on Irie Ites Records).

Available in October 2011 on 10" and digital.
