Furybass is back with the Belly full riddim, produced by Red Cat: a recut of the famous Gladiators tune (you can hear Albert Griffiths' intro cry) but reboosted by a supercharged rhythm to which Bost & Bim contributed.

A good surprise that hides another: the return of Yami Bolo, the heir to the Waterhouse Style, too discreet in recent years, for the very good Babylon System. Two other artists appear on the series so far: Million Stylez, true to his style, injects a fine energy into Root of all Evil, and finally the young Italian revelation Virtus (Ragga Music inna mi Life).

The Bellyfull riddim will be available in December on vinyl, CD and digital.

Tracklist:
01. Million Stylez - Roots Of All Evil
02. Yami Bolo - Babylon System
03. Virtus - Ragga Music Inna Mi Life

In Jamaica, the lifeblood of the record industry is the riddim (from "rhythm"), an instrumental produced by a label. A label that does not settle for recording a single artist on that riddim, but as many as it can: this is what is called a "series". To make a name for itself, a label will try to get big names on its riddim. Amid the endless flow of releases, artists have every interest in voicing the most popular riddim of the moment. Every week in Jamaica, more than a hundred 7" singles are produced this way. Only later, if an artist manages to find a distributor and a record company, can they make an album, which usually gathers some of those singles.
