Mad World riddim

After the Block Party riddim this summer, Stephen McGregor aka Di Genius delivers a new dancehall series on the Mad World riddim. The young producer once again stands out for the finesse of his mix and a good choice of artists.

While Mavado (Step) is obviously the heavyweight of the series, we should also point out Assassin (Agent Sasco) and above all the return of Frisco Kid, who gives the series its name with his tune Mad World. Also present are the Big Ship Camp regulars: Chino (Stephen McGregor's brother), Laden and Bramma, and Di Genius himself, who tries his hand at singing on Defend Mi Self.

Available from 29 October on download platforms.
