Bad luck has struck Gyptian: a few weeks after a personal tragedy, a fire partly damaged the Ten Times Strong studio in Portmore at the beginning of July. Everything burned from the second floor, where the fire started, and it spread to neighbouring houses. Luckily, all the studio equipment, which was on the first floor, is intact. Two months ago, Gyptian lost his twin sons, born prematurely, and his best friend, the deejay Miguel 'Marco Brand' Skinner, who died of a heart attack.
