Inna De Yard, the best of

Almost three years after its launch, Inna De Yard, Makasound's acoustic series, is treating itself to its first best of. Since 2004, Kiddus I, Linval Thompson, the Viceroys, Cedric "Congo" Myton, Ras Michael Junior and Junior Murvin have taken turns at the mic in Earl Chinna Smith's yard. Chinna had opened the catalogue by welcoming young artists. 25,000 albums later, the series has enough to fuel a fine best-of, to which are added two unreleased tracks by Prince Alla (Great Stone) and the Mighty Diamonds (Country Living), whose album we eagerly await in January.
