The French label Special Delivery is far from idle. After the Je t'aime and Seven riddims, the label will start by releasing the Sugar Riddim in early November.
An international-minded lovers rock riddim that brings together a whole host of artists. See for yourself: the Jamaicans Demarco, Peter Morgan (Morgan Heritage), Torch, Daville and Oba Simba, but also the Caribbeans Rupee (Barbados) and Ricashae (Trinidad), the Americans Irie Love, Jah Sun and Stevie Culture, and finally the Europeans Gappy Ranks, Ziggi, Million Stylez and Lyricson. Last but not least, there will also be a sax version by Bost (Bost & Bim). The videos for tracks by Ziggi Recado (Gonna leave you) and Lyricson (Glad you're mine) can already be watched on YouTube.
The Next Generation Riddim, also composed by the duo Tn'T, will come out at the end of 2009.
The label, which produced three tracks on Lord Kossity's latest album ("Fully Loaded") and two others on Million Stylez's next album, is also involved in booking. After the successful tours of Mavado, Busy Signal, Demarco and Elephant Man, Special D Booking is preparing projects with Serani, Demarco, Gappy Ranks and Million Stylez, not forgetting Ziggi Recado's first tour of the United States in early 2010.
