It looks like a big family photo of the French reggae scene: Dragon Davy's new album brings together a host of artists around him.
Titled "Dragon & Friends", the new album will be available on 2 December 2013. The fruit of his work with producers Dj RedEyes and Reego (who accompanied him in the Soundkail days), "Dragon & Friends" aims to give substance to a unity that is often called for but rarely achieved: « We say we're together but in the end everyone is busy in their own camp. We sing about unity but everyone does it in their own corner. My "Dragon & Friends" is proof that we can do it together. »
Two years after the album "Pyroman", Dragon Davy thus brings to life this collective project, with a cast as diverse as it is impressive, spanning reggae, dancehall and hip hop: Nuttea, Naâman, Balik (Danakil), Brahim, Tiwony, Dar-K, Neg’Marrons, Pierpoljak, Straïka D, Ilements, Lyricson, Kenyon, Sir Samuel, Toma, Jamadom but also Fdy Fenomen, BZA (La Méthode) and others.
The tour is also placed under the banner of togetherness: Dragon Davy performs with Nuttea, Brahim, Sir Samuel and Ilements.
