After his French cancellations, Sizzla's entire European tour has gone by the wayside. This is what the organisers of Summerjam in Germany, where the Jamaican deejay was due to perform, announce on the official site. Sizzla reportedly refused to comply with the demands of local associations which, like their French counterparts, asked him for a written declaration promising that he would not make homophobic remarks. He will therefore not be seen on the German festival's stage next week, nor in Amsterdam at Two 7 Splash.
To make up for his absence, Summerjam has called in Chuck Fender, while Half Pint, Spectacular and Cali P join the bill. Another notable change: Turbulence is also not expected to come to Europe this summer. At Summerjam as well as at the Montreux Jazz Festival, he will be replaced by Jah Mason.
