In a few weeks the Cricket World Cup will begin. An almost insignificant event for us Europeans, but it is a different story in Commonwealth countries. Jamaica is no exception, with cricket very popular there.
So it is only natural to discover that Shaggy is a co-performer of the competition's official song this year, alongside Rupee (Barbados) and Faye-Ann Lyons (Trinidad).
Staged across the Caribbean (which brings all its sportsmen together in a single team called the West Indies), the gigantic tournament will run from 11 March to 28 April. The Jamaican beer brand Red Stripe, sponsor of the event, will hold a curtain-raiser concert with Mr Vegas and Assassin.
