For Black History Month, and to raise awareness among Jamaican youth of the importance of education, a tour of the island's schools is being organised by No Joke Entertainment in association with VP Records under the banner "Education is no joke".
A fine initiative, launching at the start of February, and for which artists such as Sean Paul, Daville, Busy Signal, Assassin, Cecile, Voice Mail and Macka Diamond have already confirmed their participation. Each week, one of them will visit a school to meet the pupils and share their experience with them, without giving a concert however. Prizes are even planned for the most talented pupils.
