The Jamaican broadcasting commission has just had Konshens' hit Winner pulled from the playlists of all radio stations, on the pretext that the song was not "suitable" enough to be aired.

Disappointed, the young artist proved his intelligence by not protesting, preferring instead to acknowledge that the commission had to do its job and saying that he understood this.
There is nevertheless no cause for concern about the future of Winner, as it joins tracks such as Bounty Killer's Look and Chuck Fender's Gash dem, whose success we know despite their being banned from the airwaves.
