It will be a busy autumn for Makasound. After reissuing Tu Shung Peng's first album, the French label will also release their second opus, "Trouble Time", due on 22 September. The following week it will be the turn of Alpha Wess, who has also joined the Makasound stable, to follow suit. Censored in Guinea, which he left in 2004 to seek refuge in France, his new album is titled "Le choc des cultures" and will come out on 29 September.

In early October we will finally be able to hear the second volume of "Earl 'Chinna' Smith & Idrens Inna de Yard", which launched the acoustic series, and which comes out on 6 October. The famous Jamaican guitarist will be present on the tour of Winston McAnuff, the label's most loyal artist. Electric Dread will indeed give his first 100% reggae French tour, backed by his Jamaican band The Black Kush. An event that will accompany the release of his new 100% reggae album "Nostradamus", produced and arranged by Clive Hunt, and due on 20 October. Roll on the new season.
